Our Achievements
Bangladesh's success in agriculture is enviable. With declining agricultural land, population growth and climate change, Bangladesh is now an example to the world in food grain production even in the face of floods, droughts, salinity and hostile nature. Bangladesh is gradually moving ahead of the world average production of paddy, wheat and maize. Bangladesh is now the third largest producer of vegetables and the fourth largest producer of rice and fish in the world.
