Details
Expansion of floating agricultural technology to increase agricultural production to ensure food security; 2) To spread advanced and suitable technologies of floating agriculture invented by Bari and to make it popular among the farmers; 3) Introduction of modern varieties of vegetable and spice crops invented by Bari / other institutions through floating agriculture; 4) To increase and diversify crop production in submerged conditions and to encourage small farmers to cultivate vegetables and spices in floating system;
5) To engage women in agricultural activities for the purpose of depletion and economic activities; 6) To ensure proper use of water hyacinth as a means of crop production in submerged lands where there is scarcity of cultivated land.
